Saikat Biswas

Saikat Biswas is a seasoned business leader with 25+ years of experience across Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Healthcare IT, with a proven track record of driving global growth and managing large P&L portfolios. He has successfully scaled businesses at global organizations such as Wipro, significantly expanding the Life Sciences and MedTech vertical while leading teams of several thousand professionals across USA, LATAM, Europe, and APAC.

Prior to this, he spent over 14 years at Cognizant, including more than a decade in the United States, managing a large portfolio of Life Sciences clients globally. His expertise spans the entire healthcare value chain—R&D, Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Medical Devices and AI-led digital transformation—along with deep experience in large deals, M&A, and strategic account leadership. He is a strong advocate of transformative growth and has built differentiated solutions and assets in the Life Sciences domain.

He has established high-impact global delivery centers and led critical initiatives, including large-scale COVID vaccine safety programs.

Saikat is recognized for industry leadership, including the “Tech Innovation for Business” Award and ‘Mentor of the Year’ by ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India). He is an active thought leader and speaker at global forums such as DIA, World Drug Safety, and leading MedTech conferences. He holds a B. Tech from NIT Warangal, an MBA from BIM Trichy, and has completed executive programs at Harvard University.

Dr. Pragnajyoti Mukherjee

Dr. Pragnajyoti Mukherjee is a physician-executive with an MBBS, a Master's in Public Health, an MBA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Pediatric Nutrition. With over 11 years of cross-functional experience spanning Medical Affairs, Healthtech, and Pharmacovigilance, he has held roles at pharmaceutical MNCs including Nestlé, Sanofi, and Abbott — driving strategy across cardiometabolics, vaccines, and infant nutrition.

He spearheaded the medical review function for Sanofi's pharmacovigilance project at Cognizant, and has been instrumental in scaling healthtech ventures such as Sprite Health, Healthians (India's largest e-diagnostics platform), and CLIRNET (India's largest doctor-driven knowledge content platform).

A recipient of multiple awards including “Influential Healthcare leader of the Year, 2025” from Hypedge Group, “India’s Top 5 Leaders Redefining the Healthcare Industry, 2025” by InsightsCare, “Top 10 CMOs- India 2022” by Tradeflock, “Ace of Rookies” by Cognizant, amongst others, Dr. Mukherjee is a recognized voice at the intersection of medicine and technology.

He has also been a keynote speaker for multiple associations on Ai in medicine as well as for Offscript AI. He has also been part of the core launch teams for several AI agents designed for clinicians and continues to serve as a strategic advisor to health tech companies.

Susmita Bera

Susmita Bera is a results-driven Clinical Research Professional with extensive experience in clinical trial coordination, study start-up, and site management. She specializes in end-to-end clinical operations, including site selection, activation, patient recruitment, and ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with ICH-GCP standards.

She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes across Phase II–IV clinical trials, with core strengths in patient recruitment, safety management (AE/SAE), and effective collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and CROs. Her hands-on expertise with EDC platforms such as Medidata and other globally recognized systems, combined with a strong analytical background, enables efficient data management and informed decision-making.

Known for her ability to independently manage projects and drive strong patient engagement, Susmita brings a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-oriented approach to clinical research. She is also certified in Clinical Data Management and Business/Data Analytics, further enhancing her capability to generate data-driven insights and support successful study outcomes.
